ADDED AMENITIES

For this Gilroy, CA home, the owner wanted to enhance the livability of their space, so we stepped in to re-envision the layout with a focus on function, flow, and a touch of fun. By thoughtfully rearranging existing furnishings and optimizing the open area near the kitchen, we created a new seating nook that doubles as a cozy guest room. Using mostly the homeowner’s existing pieces and simply adding a versatile couch (that converts to a bed), we turned the area into a flexible, multi-purpose space for everyday use and visiting guests alike. To complete the refresh, curtains were added for privacy and definition, and fresh paint in select areas brought warmth and a splash of color—all at a very budget-friendly price.
